Tip of The Week

This week’s
tip comes from our “Half Lit” file.
| |
When
planning light fixtures for your home, new or replacement, it is a good idea to
select a fixture that requires two bulbs.
This is especially true if it is the home of an elderly individual or
couple.
The reasoning is simple. If one bulb burns out the second will remain
lit so the area will be illuminated until the bad bulb can be replaced. You can understand why we think this is an
important feature for elderly parents or friends. It is really a safety issue. Think about it before you replace light
fixtures.
